Assisting the Government with the sale of TOTE Tasmania, as a sale adviser, including: • advising on the sale, business valuation(s) and negotiation strategies; • identifying and liaising with potential buyers, as required; • the due diligence process, including material for potential buyers, as required; • the evaluation of offers; • the retention value of the business; and • other such tasks as determined by the Department which could be reasonably expected of a sale advisor in the normal course of a comparable sale.
