Rectification of the Mechanical Services Condensation Issues - Australian Federal Building ? West Island, Cocos (Keeling) Island

Our client, Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, is the landlord of the AFP Building in Cocos (Keeling) Island. There has been significant condensation within the ceiling cavity of the building that has damaged ceilings, walls and floors. Mould growth is also evident on the underside of the ceiling where condensation has occurred. BCA consultants were engaged by JLL management to undertake a review of the existing Cocos Islands Australian Federal Police Building mechanical services and prepare a condition report and scope of work to rectify the condensation and cold bridging issues in the ceiling cavity. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to carry out the works that have been scoped by BCA Consultants.
