Description
The works involve an audit of the fire sprinkler system in three buildings at RAAF Base Wagga, NSW.
To bring the existing fire protection systems up to date with the current Building Code and Standards the following works are to be completed:
• Re-seal and re-seat the existing sprinkler control valve for three buildings;
• Undertake a hydraulic pressure test to identify any leakage to three buildings sprinkler system;
• Replace existing sprinkler heads within three buildings (if required);
• Provide an updated block plan at the sprinkler control assembly to comply with AS2118.1-1999;
• Re-align sprinkler heads within two buildings located within the office areas to ensure they comply with AS2118.1-1999; and
• Undertake 25 years test as per AS1851-2012 for three buildings.
