Complete Records Management, Secure Records Storage, Mail and Courier Services

The Department seeks to engage suitably qualified organisation(s) to provide Complete Records Management, Secure Records Storage, Mail and Courier Services (the Services).
The Services are divided into the following Service Categories and also include the Services described in Clause 3 (Other Services and Project Work) of Attachment A, Statement of Requirement.
(a) Service Category 1: Complete Records Management, including the administration of the Departments Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), including helpdesk Services and Departmental Personnel training;
(b) Service Category 2: Secure Records Storage Services, including the efficient management of the Department’s record holdings and comprehensive reporting.; and
(c) Service Category 3: Mail and Courier Services including all associated day-to-day supporting Services, Courier Services for local, national, international, regional and remote locations and Sensitive and Specialist Freight Services.

PLEASE NOTE: The closing date in Austender for the DIBP RFT 02/15 has been extended to Tuesday 2:00pm 30 June 2015 (local time in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory).
