Description
Tenders for the following project are invited. The work comprises the decommissioning and base building upgrade of Level 3. Included with the documented works is the demolition of all partitions, removal of all power wiring and data cabling back to switchboards and hubs and demolition and termination of hydraulic services. In addition, all existing floor finishes are to be removed, concrete floors levelled as required and new carpet layed. Approximate area of the works 1300m2. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
