Description
Demolition and removal of a fire damaged residential dwelling located at Lot 644, 3 Burrup Road, Roebourne. The fire damaged building was built 1981, however has had a major refurb since. It is brick veneer with trimdeck roof with an attached carport. Concrete driveway, paving and cracker dust to front yard, with patchy lawn to rear. Fencing to the boundaries is Colorbond steel. Damage is assumed to be extensive with internal wall and ceiling collapse.
