Executive Leadership Development Program

The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (the Department), on behalf of the wider Justice Portfolio, is looking to partner with a reputable and experienced external provider specialising in the delivery of executive leadership programs, with a particular focus on the public sector.

Through this partnership, we are seeking to leverage expertise of the chosen provider by tapping into their existing offerings and, through a dedicated co-design process, tailor and deliver an Executive Leadership Development Program (the Program) that aligns to the unique needs, challenges, and contexts of the Justice Portfolio.

At its core, the Program will comprise a series of Brisbane-based workshops (spanning up to 8 non-consecutive days in total), with an initial pilot cohort of 20 senior executives to commence the program in the 2^nd quarter of 2024 (with later modules to be co-designed progressively as earlier modules are concurrently delivered).

Pending the success of the pilot, the Department will be looking to extend the Program for delivery with the provider beyond 2024.

It is anticipated that the initial term for this Contract is 18 months, with optional extension terms available at the sole discretion of the Department.
