Fire and Emergency Management Audit

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Fire and Emergency Management Audit for Electorate Officesacross 9 different regions in Queensland.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include (but not limited to):

• undertake an in-person visual (non-invasive) site inspection for each applicable QPS Electorate Office (Schedule 2) against the Audit Questionnaire (Schedule 1),
• obtain construction, certification and building management documentation necessary to complete the Audit Questionnaire (Schedule 1) for each applicable QPS Electorate Office (Schedule 2),
• complete an Audit Questionnaire (Schedule 1) for each applicable QPS Electorate Office (Schedule 2) in digital format (.docx or .xls format),
• supply digital copies of all documentation which the Consultant relied upon to complete the Audit Questionnaire.
