Woody Point Special School Roof Replacement and Repairs

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of the Roof Replacement and Repairs of existing classroom
Blocks at Woody Point Special School, located at 85 Georgina Street, Woody Point QLD 4019 as part of the School Funded
programme.

The Roof Replacement is to the existing Administration Block and Blocks E, F, G, H and J, including roofing repairs to Block
D. The buildings are spread throughout the school site with limited site access and working space. All works are to be
completed by July 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence with the ability to undertake
the entire scope of works.

Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum requirements. Details of the site inspection
will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
