Description
You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to provide Landscaping for Stage 2, Clearview Rise at Bowen Street, Roma.
The site is approximately 1.5 kilometres west of the Roma Town Centre. The western portion of the site is comprised of a large unformed road reserve corridor which is understood to have been historically used as a stock route. The total area of the subject site is approximately 20 hectares.
This tender related to Stage 2 of the development is the portion of the land immediately west of Currey Street and north of Lomandra Avenue, which will be developed into 18 residential lots. Landscaping is required for the frontages of these 18 lots, inclusive of a commitment to water for 3 weeks after established.
