This contract engages a service provider to deliver land valuation services for the Western NSW Contract Area under the NSW Rating and Taxing Program. Services include annual and supplementary valuation recommendations, market analysis, land value verification, sales coding, and support for valuation enquiries and appeals. These services ensure accurate and consistent land values for council rates and state land tax.
