Description of the goods and services to be provided
Develop a solution to enhance internal collaboration using the existing E5 Microsoft 365 license. Develop a portal for external collaboration. Establish integration between the internal and external collaboration solutions and new M365 based records management software. Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements on a renewable basis. Provide training to users. Please note that this amendment is made for the purpose of exercising the final one-year extension option.
