The Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced professional services contractor (the Commercial Advisor) to provide commercial and financial advisory and transaction management services to drive the development and negotiation of an optimised service for the Waratah Super Battery (WSB) project. The Commercial Advisor will be expected to drive the development and negotiation of an optimised service across three key streams, including proposal development, negotiation, and regulatory submission.
