ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEMS STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT

Description
The Department of Education, Training and Employment is seeking offers from suitably qualified organisations to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for Online Ordering Systems that allows parents/users to purchase items. The system/s will provide one or more of the following functionalities:
a) Tuckshop/Canteen; and/or
b) Uniform Shop; and/or
c) Book Shop; and/or
d) Event ticketing (e.g. formals and performance).
The online system/s may also include additional functionality (value added services), for example volunteer rosters.
The solution shall be an existing web-based software solution that requires minimal setup/customisation (i.e the system already exists, does not require development and is accessible from a web browser).
The system/s must comply with the Security and Privacy requirements outlined in the specification.
Suppliers must complete and return "Section 6 Response Schedule".
