Specialist Programmer - JCU Technology Innovation Complex

Request for Tender

Specialist Programming services for the Technology Innovation Complex (TIC) Project including the Ideas Market and associated car parking, to be to be constructed on the James Cook University (JCU) Townsville Campus.

The specialist programmer’s engagement will be directly with JCU for the entirety of the project. The scope of services include (but not limited to)

• Prepare a Program Review Report for the RFT Principal Contractor’s programs and the initial Contract Program prepared by the successful Principal Contractor;
• Reporting regularly to the Project Manager and Principal’s Representative on project progress;
• Monthly Project Program Status Reports;
• Program issues advice, delay mitigation strategies etc.;
• Reviewing Contractor programs and progress;
• Recording project progress to allow retrospective assessment of time related claims, and;
• Provide advice for assessment of time related claims.
• Attend site each month to undertake site inspections and validate status information.
