ONLINE LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT

The department is seeking offers from suitably qualified organisations to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for Online Library Management Systems. The SOA will cover the following (as detailed in the specification):

• An existing software solution that has the capability to manage library collections and the ability to integrate, index and manage library print and digital resources, including access to ebooks, with ease and efficiency.
• The solution shall be an existing internet based software solution that requires minimal setup/customisation (i.e the system already exists, does not require development and is accessible from a web browser).
• The online system may also include additional functionality (value added services)

Out of Scope: Enterprise-wide implementation is out of scope. The Arrangement will be accessed by individual schools.

The system must meet mandatory Privacy and Security requirements as outlined in the specification.

Suppliers must complete and return "Section 6 Response Schedule".
