Description of the goods and services to be provided
Procurement of construction services for the Head Contractor to build the proposed Dubbo Workplace Hub (DWH). The DWH includes the redevelopment of two existing government-owned buildings at 37-39 Carrington Avenue and 142 Brisbane Street, within Dubbos CBD. Both sites are vested in Property NSW (PNSW). The three storey Carrington Avenue building will be increased to four levels at the rear, and the form of the two storey heritage Brisbane Street building, built 1896, will be preserved. The DWH has been designed as one cohesive site delivering the brief over the two buildings with a total GFA of 4,200m2 and NLA of 3,590m2.
