As the assessments will require similar methodologies and supplier capabilities, they will be combined into a single procurement process consisting of two parts however suppliers will be invited to tender for one or both parts. Part One - specialist commercial advice to advise on options for operating models for a common user or centralised rare earths refinery in NSW ($250,000) Part Two - specialist technical and commercial advice on opportunities for scandium processing in NSW ($250,000) Suppliers will be required to submit a project plan, draft report, final report and executive briefing (PowerPoint presentation) to outline their expert advice.
