Description
The tender is an offer inviting selected Market Stimulus Panel members accredited in the HEER Method - Activity Definitions D16 of the ESS Rule to establish forward contracts for the supply of Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs) to the Office. The Office is only purchasing ESCs that have been created by the awarded tenderer for activities delivered under the HEER Method - Activity Definition D16 in Metro Excl. Sydney LGA’s (average climate zones).
