The services will finalise the material recovery facility (MRF) and bottle crusher eligible container factor calculation for the container deposit scheme. The objective of the project is to update the MRF Protocol, Sampling Strategy and Bottle Crusher Protocol and prepare and implement guided handover for transfer of services from the EPA to Exchange for Change.
