3801 North Pine Water Treatment Plant Solids Storage Area Expansion Phase 1

Seqwater is issuing this Request for Tender 3801 to engage a Principal Contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of the expansion of the current Solids Storage Area (SSA) at North Pine Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

Seqwater are expanding their existing sludge storage area at the North Pine Water Treatment Plant. Investigations and preliminary design have been completed and are included in the supplied tender appendices. This Civil Earthworks Design and Construct contract will now finalise the supplied geotechnical investigations, complete overall design, and deliver the subsequent construction as highlighted in the Scope of Works. The works include creation of an encompassing bund for the proposed sludge storage area utilising the existing bunds onsite where possible. An impervious liner and drainage system will then be installed as well as general stormwater upgrade works to the site.
