Catering Facility Upgrade

The Works comprise of four separable portions as part of the upgrade and refurbishment of HBF Stadium and HBF Arena catering facilities and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
Premises will be occupied during the currency of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
Works include the following:
• HBF Stadium – Café Demolition & fitout including demolition of existing café; new café fitout in accordance the drawings.
• HBF Stadium – Bar and Food Concessions refurbishment and fitout including demolition of existing concessions and construction and fitout of new foods and drink concessions, freezer room, mobile cashier booth and feature signage in accordance with the drawings
• HBF Stadium – Reheat, Plating and wash up area fitout Works include the creation of dry kitchen, plating and dishwash area to the main arena back of house in accordance with the drawings
• HBF Arena – Wet and Dry Café Finishes Upgrade/Refurbishment including replacement of ceiling tiles, upgrade of floor, wall, ceiling and cabinet finishes, and new cabinets in accordance with the drawings
