Panel Contract for the Provision of Corporate Communications Design Services

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is a dynamic agency dedicated to the integrated delivery of rail, bus and ferry services in the Perth metropolitan area, and rail, coach and bus services in regional WA.

The PTA's Corporate Communications division is responsible for all of the organisation's internal and external corporate communications including, though not limited to, internal campaigns, project communications, corporate publications such as annual reports and online communication.

Corporate Communications seeks to establish a panel of preferred suppliers to provide design services and print management on an "as and when required" non-exclusive basis.

The services may include, but are not limited to, developing:

• Creative communications material from concept through to execution;
• Corporate material while adhering to the PTA’s corporate style guide;
• Designs and templates that apply to hard copy and online, including building HTML design;
• Online design solutions including but not limited to websites, graphics and electronic direct mails; and
• Print management, from sourcing samples through to delivery.
