RFT 21-24 Sages Road Depot Build

GMCT is seeking tenderers from a suitably qualified building contractor to construct and fit out of new NMP operations depot at Sages Rd East of Campbellfield Creek.

A brief description of the works is outlined:

• Level 1 864sqm Approx. - Offices, Meeting Rooms, Lunch room, Collaboration Spaces, Roof Decks and Amenities
• Ground Floor 2510sqm Approx. – Vehicle Parking, Workshops, Storage and Amenities
• External Depot Works 4551sqm Approx. – Hardstand, Manager Parking, Paving and Landscaping
• Construct new vehicle & pedestrian bridge across Campbellfield creek 337 sqm Approx.
• Construct new staff car park to the West of Campbellfield creek 2040 sqm Approx.
• Construct new spoil bay yard to the West of Campbellfield creek 1274 sqm Approx.
• Construct new roads along staff car parking and spoil bay yard 1975 sqm Approx.
• Supply of new electrical, water & communication connections to site, including infrastructure
• All new associated fit out, services, security, landscaping, lighting and fencing to above areas
• Relocation of equipment from existing workshop to new depot once operational, and commissioning of new depot facility
