The consultant will be required to conduct an evaluation of the Northern Territory Emergency Response (NTER) – Improving Child and Family Health and Expanding Health Service Delivery, Drug and Alcohol Response Measure.This Measure is one component of the Australian Governments NTER and includes an investment in a range of AOD services, workforce training, primary health care services and acute care services.The project will require the consultant to bring together all available qualitative and quantitative data, conduct consultations with key stakeholders and prepare reports.
