Description
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) as represented by the Defence Service Homes Insurance Scheme (DSHIS) invites responses from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of Payment Collection and Related Services (Services) for DSHIS.
The DSHIS is an Australian Government scheme managed by the Department.It offers home building insurance and, in partnership with QBE Australia, provides a range of other covers to eligible members of the veteran and Australian Defence Force (ADF) communities.Eligible members of both the Permanent Forces and the Reserves are able to access the DSHIS.
In summary the Services include collecting payment of insurance premiums from DSHIS policy-holders, banking such monies and reporting to DSHIS.
