Provision of Locksmith Services

Queensland Public Trustee have released this tender seeking offers from suitably qualified Locksmith service providers to undertake work for our customer properties throughout Queensland.

The intent of this ITO is to appoint suitably qualified Supplier(s) to provide locksmith services throughout Queensland in one or more of the following locations:

• Southport
• Bundaberg
• Brisbane
• Ipswich
• Logan
• Toowoomba
• Southport

High level scope of works include:

• On site attendance
• Gain entry to property
• Replace all lock types
• Opening of safes
• Cutting of keys

The outcome of the competitive tender is anticipated to provide successful suppliers a multi-year contract.

The ITO also includes an optional Expression of Interest (EOI) document for suppliers interested in providing services to other areas of Queensland which have historically had low/ no volume/s of work. These are outside the PT service areas identified for suppliers to commit (Contract) to offer services. Response to the ITO Part C Response EOI Opportunity Areas (optional) document is optional and is only intended to compile a list of qualified and interested Suppliers to provide a starting point for PT Officers to seek availability and quotes if work arises in these areas.
