Oberthur PS Construction of New General Classroom

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake construction of a new classroom at Oberthur Primary School located at 21 Nicholls Cres, Bull Creek WA 6149.

The Work includes but is not limited to

• All Compliance and Certification
• Full Ground penetrating scans;
• Demolition Works
• Site preparation and set out
• All associated Electrical works (including Power Supply from Administration Block Distribution Board)
• Mechanical – Airconditioning and Fresh Air Fan (interlocked).
• Hydraulics
• Concrete - Footings, Slab and Walkways
• Brickwork
• Roofing – Frame and Sheeting
• Rainwater Disposal and Drainage Works
• Timber Works / Carpentry
• Doors, Windows and Hardware
• Ceiling installation
• Flooring – Carpet Tiles
• Painting
• CFC Sheeting to Eaves

The Works exclude the following:

• Pathway to other areas

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
