Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the construction of an entrance driveway, parking upgrade, bus shelter and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Sir David Brand School.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Friday 9 March 2012.
Documents will be available for pickup between 9.00am and 4.00pm on Monday 12 March and Tuesday 13 March 2012

Mandatory site inspections will take place at 10.00am Wednesday 14 March 2012 at Sir David Brand School, Glick Road Coolbinia.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Wednesday 4 April 2012.
