- The proposed contract requires a Monday to Saturday working week.
- The proposed contract requires the successful contractor to work during the 2021 WA Day long weekend (5th to 7th June).
- Due to the clinical nature of the areas being refurbished, it is a requirement that the completed works will be defect free as a condition of achieving practical completion.
