Provision of Orthoses, Boots, Braces and Orthotic Inserts

Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) requires the provision of Orthoses, Boots, Braces and Orthotic Inserts for the treatment of patients.

CAHS requires the provision of orthopaedic products under the following categories:

• Category A - Pavlik Harness;
• Category B - Rhino Brace;
• Category C - Paediatric Orthopaedic Footwear;
• Category D - Carbon Fibre Ankle Foot Orthoses;
• Category E - Cervical Collar;
• Category F - Cervicothoracic Brace;
• Category G - Range of Motion Knee Brace;
• Category H - Congenital Tallipes Equino-Varus Orthoses;
• Category I - Materials For Fabrication; And
• Category J - Halo Orthoses.

The resultant Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer, whereby Customers will place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.
