North Balga Primary School Roof Replacement

Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from Registered Builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the roofing replacement and associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for North Balga Primary School.

4.00pm Thursday 22 December 2011.

Documents will be available for pickup between 9.00am and 4.00pm Thursday 29 December 2011.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Wednesday 11 January 2012 at North Balga Primary School, Maitland Road Balga.

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.

Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.

Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
