Employee Housing System

Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Education) in relation to Invitation to Offer (ITO). QED121745 for the establishment of a Contract for an Employee Housing System.

Notes
1) The Department of Education (Customer) is seeking to establish a Contract for the following:

a. Supply of an integrated solution to enable the overall management of subsidised housing to employees;
b. Professional services for the implementation of the solution, including design, configuration, data migration and deployment services; and
c. On-going support arrangements under a Service Level Agreement.

2) Suppliers are required to complete:
- Response Schedules;
- Price Response Booklet; and
- QITC Comprehensive Contract Details.

NB. The 'ITO – Particulars' and 'Contract Conditions' documents do not need to be submitted.

3) Refer to Section 1 of the ITO – Particulars for full details of the requirements.

4) A virtual briefing session will be held at 11:00am (AEST), Tuesday, 16 July 2024 via MS Teams. A one (1) hour session will be booked, although the full duration may not be required depending on the volume of supplier questions received. Refer to item 5.2 (page 12) of the ITO - Particulars for full details, including how to register. Registration is due by 5:00pm (AEST), Friday, 12 July 2024 by emailing the contact officer.

5) Shortlisted suppliers may be invited to do a presentation / demonstration of their offer.
