Description
Council has commenced Live Life Modbury Project which will, over a period of four years, plan for the revitalisation and diversification of the Modbury Precinct. The project will include preparing Structure and Precinct Plans and engaging with key stakeholders and landowners.
Council identified the Modbury Precinct as a site with unique opportunities to be transformed into a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD).
Council seeks to undertake a market assessment and feasibility study of the land uses suitable for the Modbury Precinct by identifying the range and proportion of uses required to create a successful mixed use development in the Modbury Precinct.
