Valuation of Major Water, Drainage & Irrigation Schemes

Expressions of interest are invited from professionally qualified Valuers for the valuation of the Rivers & Water Supply Commissions’ Water, Drainage and Irrigation Scheme Assets. The Rivers and Water Supply Commission last commissioned a valuation of assets in 2003 and in line with the Commissions’ asset revaluation policy, appropriate revaluation indices have been applied annually since. A full revaluation of the Commissions’ Water, Drainage and Irrigation Scheme major infrastructure is now appropriate, including the setting of current valuations on Dams, pipeline networks, pumps, valves, drainage and supply channels etc. Proposals should detail the process, personnel, qualifications and experience, schedule for completing the work and a lump sum price to complete. Current depreciation/valuation schedules (in electronic or printed form) are available from the Commissions’ office. The lowest or any proposal may not be accepted.
