Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Electrical Boards Change Out Works at the Design and Technology Section of Carine Senior High School
- Undertake works outlined by Electrical Consultant Documentation including Electrical Switchboards and E Stop System change out.
- All works to be undertaken to meet relevant Australian Standards
- Safety is high priority for works, no shortcuts to be taken while working with Electricity, only suitably qualified to undertake works.
- Contractors to provide realistic lead times on materials so can arrange work time frame with the school
- No changes to the scope of work unless approved by Consultant prior
- Contractor responsible for all Approvals and Certifications
- Contractor to advise PFM straight away if any concerns regarding Asbestos Containing Materials – if any concerns testing to be undertaken prior to works commencing.
