Recruitment Process Outsourcing

The objective of this procurement is to engage the services of a recruitment process outsourcing provider to administer and manage ASIC recruitment activities for permanent and contract recruitment excluding recruitment for contingent workers.

The provider will be responsible for managing the hiring process from job profiling, managing applications, screening, and assisting with interviewing, reporting, and providing advice to hiring managers. The service will include end to end recruitment for BAU roles and for difficult to fill and/or executive roles.
