The City of Tea Tree Gully invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants to operate a cafe under a lease arrangement within the Civic Centre, 571 Montague Road, Modbury.
Expressions of Interest can be submitted by offer to enter into a lease agreement for the period of five (5) years.
