The identified need as part of this EOI is for suppliers experienced with prefabricated modular units, specialising in innovative design solutions with multiple units enabled to be assembled on Kangaroo Island, to deliver the proposed mobile blowfly Sterile Insect Technology (SIT) production facility.
The EOI objectives/expected outcomes include:
- Determine interest and willingness from companies to participate in this project.
- Identify market capability and supply means.
- Identify companies who will be able to meet key project criteria.
- Provide equal opportunity within local industry.
- Establish a shortlist for tender, dependent on outcome of this EOI process.
