Road Reconstruction of Great Northern Highway Ellendale Section(2420.4-2435.4 SLK) and Derby Highway Stage 5(0.15-8.5 SLK) Pre-qualification: Tenderers must be pre-qualified with Main Roads Roadworks Category R3 or Higher. The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with Australian Government Implementation Guidelines of December 2003, applies to this project.
