Description
The objective of this brief is to have work undertaken that will assist in the formulation of a Metropolitan Adelaide Strategy for Stormwater Management.The brief seeks to attract proposals which explore innovative approaches to metropolitan-wide solutions at all levels - technical, environmental and financial.
In particular, proposals will be expected to evaluate the feasibility of output based tender specification and contract arrangements in the recommended solution for the metropolitan area (ie, tender specification and contract arrangements based on performance rather than methods).
