Description
The Department of Finance’s Building Management and Works (BMW) facilitates the delivery of maintenance services on non-residential buildings owned by the State Government, including (but not limited to) schools, police stations and office accommodation.
Currently, BMW procures maintenance services through the Low Value Maintenance Panel (LVMP) for the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions (established in July 2014).
BMW is seeking to expand the LVMP with a Windows and Louvre Repair Services Trade Category for the delivery of services in the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions (see Schedule 4 for a map).
The Panel Arrangement will typically involve individual work valued at less than $1,500.
