Purchase Order Disclosure – To undertake the annual testing and certification of body and cardiac protected area within patient care areas of MLHD nominated sites. The annual testing and certification of body and cardiac protected area within patient care areas shall be in accordance with all relevant Standards, as a general comment they shall be seen as the minimum requirements and all statutory industry standards must be adhered to when documenting, maintaining and testing equipment and systems.
