Lead Business Analyst - PROC13473

NRAR requires the services of an lead business analyst to assist with the development of targeted efficiency reporting, report delivery and resulting business improvement opportunities and actions. Key Accountabilities include: Identify efficiency reporting and management opportunities for NRAR teams Work with functional areas within NRAR to develop and maintain relevant efficiency performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets, establishing and documenting processes that support continuous business improvement Extract data reports from NRAR systems and review information to identify trends, system pain points and opportunities for business improvement across the business and makes recommendations for business improvements Interpret historical, current and projected financial and operational data to identify problems, causes and areas for which procedural or systems changes are identified Contribute to the development and revision of business operational proces
