Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Construction Services (Minor Works)

The University of Queensland (UQ) is seeking Offers from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for an initial 5-year term for the Provision of Construction Services (Minor Works).

The Arrangement will include a select number of contractors who can provide design and construction services and traditional construction services for minor works projects from approximately $20,000 to $2 million.

Note: Offerors must hold a valid and current 'Builder - Low Rise, Medium Rise, or Open' QBCC Licence. UQ will not consider Offers from contractors who do not hold one or more of these Licences.
