Wilston SS Pool Amenities Replacement (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new amenities block at Wilston State School, located at 11 Primrose Street, Grange QLD 4051as part of the renewal program.

The scope of works includes demolition of the existing amenities and grand stand, construction of new amenities block, new shade structure and main entry to School. All works are to be completed by 30 September 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
