Landscaping upgrade adjacent Block G. The upgrade will provide an outdoor learning/breakout area and create a usable space for students Excavation and earth works required to provide a level surface and allow for stormwater connection. Install stormwater pits and drainage as required and connect into existing SW system. Ensure the area is accessible and provide a ramp/balustrade as required. Remove and dispose of trees and shrubs. Install retaining walls and stairs as required. Install compacted base and pavers to create an area for tables and seating. Install planting as indicated on drawing.
