Development of a DPW HR Service Delivery Model and Associated Funding Model

The Principal is seeking Offers from a suitably qualified Offeror for the development of a Human Resources Service Delivery Model (SDM) and associated Funding Model. In order to develop these models a comprehensive current state analysis will need to be undertaken, applicable benchmarking provided and an implementation plan for achieving the desired future state developed. In addition the Offeror will be required to develop a Funding Model which not only is able to be efficiently applied to the future state, but also has suitable application within a Queensland Government environment.

It is envisaged that the SDM will deliver significant benefits to the Department of Public Works (DPW) providing more efficient and effective HR service delivery to meet the business needs of the business areas of the Department. This greater efficiency will see the decrease in costs of core HR service offerings and enable the redirection of resources to other HR value-added services.
