Description
The objectives of the Career Transition Assistance Scheme are to:
a. Support the career transition of ADF members from the military to suitable civilian employment;
b. Enhance the ability of the ADF member to competitively market themselves for suitable civilian employment; and
c. Enhance and make the best of use of ADF members’ existing skills gained from their military service.
This RFT is to establish a Standing Offer Panel to deliver the Career Transition Management Coaching and Curriculum Vitae Coaching components of the Career Transition Assistance Scheme.
