GRV is seeking responses to this RFT for the provision of construction services for the Event and Race Day Facilities at Glenview Park, Traralgon.
GRV currently races at Glenview Park on a shared basis with the Latrobe Valley Racing Club, which is a thoroughbred racing club. This construction of a new track and associated facilities adjacent to the existing greyhound kennels and administration building.
This tender is for final earthworks and civil works, construction of an Events and Race Day Facilities Building, water supply / electrical / hydraulics / drainage / communications taken from installed infrastructure as well as general landscaping.
A separate tender has been let for a Main Works Contract being the bulk earthworks, power, telecom and data infrastructure, racing track (including timing system), amendments to existing straight training tracks, internal water supply, sewer, irrigation, access roads, drainage and car parks as well as ancillary works.
A compulsory Site Briefing will be held on Wednesday, 9 April 2014 at 10am. RSVP your attendance to [email hidden] by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, 8 April 2014.
Failure to attend the site briefing will result in your offer being ineligible for further consideration. A register of attendees will be maintained for the compulsory site briefing session. In order for your offer to be considered valid, Respondents must register under the same company name that they intend to submit their offer.
